Reach Out Connect is a 36-week employability training programme for young people aged 16–24 who are currently not in education or employment.

Starting in September 2026, the programme supports young people to build confidence, develop practical skills, work towards qualifications and prepare for their next step into work, training or further education.

• Personal Development
• Employability Sessions
• First Aid Training
• Customer Service & Barista Training
• CV Support
• Opportunity to complete OCN qualifications
• £40 per week

This programme is ideal for young people who would benefit from a supportive environment, practical learning and guidance towards their next step.
