Every Monday BSCR runs A focus group for everyone in the local community to come along and share ideas, give feedback, show support and most importantly get involved.

Every Wednesday BSCR run a parents group in Blythefield primary school. This gives parents a space to chat, relax and share ideas.

South Belfast Historical and Cultural Society is a community-based men’s group serving the South Belfast area. The group’s primary objective is to engage in cultural and historical activities that foster confidence and strengthen community capacity.
Through various educational and heritage-focused initiatives, the society aims to promote a deeper understanding of local history while encouraging positive community engagement and personal development.

Working with other agencies including PSNI, NIHE, BCC and community organisations on issues of community safety. Including promoting and facilitating crime prevention and community safety initiatives. Providing information to victims of crime to aid in the help-seeking process. Aid in the implementation of events and celebrations within the area. Working on tackling ASB within Sandy Row in a multi-agency approach.
